FIT2PLA Boot Camp will consist of calisthenics, resistance training, cardio intervals ( walking ,jogging, sprinting, stairs ) including kick boxing.
Robert will train you like athletes, pushing your limits and challenging you.
You are encouraged to workout at your own pace and discover the inner you through this great program which will maximize your fitness results.
Public Classes are $25.00 per class.
